Harvested during the Fall when the large leaves are grey-ish underneath and green on top, Burdock has been cherished for centuries for its holistic medicinal action - which may aid better digestion and act as a diuretic. Today, Burdock Root is ground into a delicious herbal tea which may detoxify the body and balance the hormones - adored for its sweet yet pungent and “wild” taste.

Ingredients: Certified Organic Burdock Root.

Serving Suggestions: Brew 1 teaspoon per 250ml of freshly boiled water (100ºc). Steep for 1-20 minutes depending on personal preferences.
