Organic Earl Grey

Like a refined gentleman with a flower in his lapel. This classic earl grey has a sweet, floral bergamot mixed with malty, full-bodied black tea leaves. The Citrus zing has one other benefit, it is AMAZING in desserts. Chocolate is a classic but try infusing Earl Grey in custard. It makes a cracking crème brûlée.

Ingredients: Organic Black Tea & Bergamot Oil.

Serving Suggestions: Add 1-2 teaspoons and brew in 90-95ºC water for 3-5 minutes. Serve with lemon or sugar to taste.
