Linden has a wonderful, floral smell and flavour that provides a calming yet uplifting effect when drank as a tea or used as a tonic. Serving Suggestions: Steep 1-2 teaspoons of Linden leaves per cup of freshly boiled water (100ºc) for about 3 minutes or more as per personal preference.
